Biografie
He was the father of Minnie Munsie. (He was qualified as a Master Mariner.) He began sealing at Victoria in 1880.
He fitted out the Caroline as a pilot boat in 1884.
In 1885 he brought the schooner Pathfinder out around the Horn to engage in sealing from Halifax NS.
He owned the vessel Florence M. Munsie.
In 1900 he was the Manager of the Victoria Sealing & Trading Co., Ltd.
