In 1927–1941 they were boat builders in Victoria BC and at Canoe Cove (Sidney) BC. One of the owners was H.L. Rodd. They were builders of fine pleasure craft. The yard was located at 355 Gorge Road West in Victoria BC and at Canoe Cove Shipyard, Sidney BC.
