They were located in Sidney BC and operated by Chuck Mayer. Ron David (British Columbia Nautical History Facebook Group 25/05/2019) stated that "I believe that the shop was on Calvin Avenue in Sidney on the west side of the highway between MacDonald Park Rd and the Highway across from where Sandown Raceway use to be located." Eric J. Braden (British Columbia Nautical History Facebook Group 26/05/2019) stated that "Chuck Mayer was in the building on Calvin street just off the Pat Bay highway. He also used the big shed at the old McKay-Cormack yard in Victoria for a time before moving to Sidney. That was around the time McKay-Cormack became Centre Shipyard (on Kingston Street)."
