In 1973-1995 she was owned by the United States Navy.
In 1996 she was owned by the United States Defense Reutilization and Marketing Service, Washington DC USA.
She was employed as a training vessel by the Tongue Point Job Corps Center, Astoria OR USA.
In 2021 she was listed for sale by the United States Government Services Administration.
