This barge (floating workshop) was built in 1944 by Puget Sound Bridge & Dredging Co. in Seattle, WA.
Transferred as part of Project Hula to the Soviet Union at Cold Bay, AK., in summer 1945. Returned to US Naval custody in 1955 and struck from the Naval Register
In 1944-1955 she was owned by the United States Navy.
