This minesweeper was built in 1944 by Associated Shipbuilders in Seattle, WA.
In 1987 this vessel was scuttled as part of an artificial reef in the Gulf of Mexico, off the coast of Panama City, FL at 30° 01.960' N, 85° 42.554 W.
In 1944-1987 she was owned by the United States Navy.
