In 1919-1920 she was owned by the United States Navy.
In 1920-1941 she was owned by the United States Department of Commerce.
In 1941-1947 she was owned by the United States Navy.
In 1947-1952 she was owned by the United States Maritime Administration.
In 1952 she was sold.
In 1941 she was rebuilt as a salvage vessel.
