George Schneider (Email to Nauticapedia 29/10/2022) stated "Pulling away from the dock, I saw what I somehow missed while driving to the boat, an Incat--Crowther yacht tender named WAYFINDER (IMO 9882669), Cayman Islands flag and was built in Spain in 2021. This vessel belongs to Bill Gates, who now has a Southern California home in Del Mar, about a mile from our house. Funny that doesn't improve our property values any. Solana Beach has always been "Poor Man's Del Mar."
