This lightship was built in 1898 by Wolf & Zwicker Iron Works in Portland, OR.
Notas históricas
On October 22, 1941 this vessel grounded at high tide on Three Islands near Myers Chuck and Ship Island Lights and later slid off and sank in deep water.

In 1898 she was owned by the United States Lighthouse Service in service at San Francisco.
In 1935 she was owned by Robert B. Piercy, San Francisco CA USA.
In 1941 she was owned by USA interests.
Reconstrucciones
She was rebuilt as a fishboat.
