George Schneider (Email to Nauticapedia 07/12/2021) stated "The neglected road over the hill to the San Pablo Bay Marina gave a good view of the TRANSQUEST (ON 512595, IMO 7829651), originally built for Lockheed as the tender for the submersible DEEP QUEST, idle in private hands for several decades now. "
