George Schneider (Email to Nauticapedia 07/12/2021) stated "at the sub base, one of the security boom boats, 19BB0212 (or local number BB4) was tugging like a real log bronc, and the deckhand was struggling to hang on as this vessel careened about. After the previous tour where 5 subs were present, there was only one this time, USS SAN FRANCISCO (SSN 711)."
