Kyle Stubbs (Email to Nauticapedia 13/12/2021) stated "a small repair yard (Koontz Machine & Welding) with a floating drydock and an eclectic combination of visitors. TOBY J (274577), built at Freeport, Texas in 1957 as ADELE B, probably as a shrimper, is one of the harbor's resident rust buckets."
