Historische Notizen
Kyle Stubbs (Email to Nauticapedia 13/12/2021) stated "the CYGNET (1078814), a 1999 MARCO product (hull 483), which is clearly still undergoing rebuild. This vessel was originally built for Bay and Delta Marine of the Bay Area as the DELTA DEANNA, then was sold to Signet Maritime for Gulf Coast service as the SIGNET ENTERPRISE. This vessel was involved in a collision during Hurricane Harvey in 2017, and sank as a result, so I'm assuming Coos Bay was able to pick her up as a project for cheap after the salvage. I suppose the name seemed like an obvious choice for the new owners, it plays of the "Signet" from her previous identity, and that a 1945-built CYGNET was one of the company's early vessels."
