Kyle Stubbs (Email to Nauticapedia 13/12/2021) stated "I found an interesting vessel in the boat basin, an aluminum boat clearly marked as a survey vessel, but with no visible name. The primary markings were state license OR754XC, and hull ID MUN940PKG920. Oregon is one of the states that clearly delineates "exempt" vessels with an "X" license suffix, so apparently this vesselhas some sort of governmental function. The HIN indicates she's a 2020 product of Munson Manufacturing of Edmonds, Washington, and is quite typical of their designs."
