Kyle Stubbs (Email to Nauticapedia 12/12/2021) states "At Crescent City … Out among the yachts and passenger vessels was a bit of an oddball, FATHERS AWEIGH (OR175ZW), which shows up in PSIX as a 28 foot fishing vessel built in 1924. I'm not sure if she's just a rebuilt double-ender fishing vessel, or had some other sort of origin, but this vessel certainly stands out. As far as I know, Oregon seems to issue their state ID numbers in alphabetical order of the suffix, so "ZW" is fairly recent, probably c.2005 by my guess."
