Kyle Stubbs (Email to Nauticapedia 12/12/2021) stated "By the time I approached Newport in the evening, the sun was setting, but I found one more sighting for the day. Somehow I'd missed it on the trip south, but this time around I spotted what was clearly a Navy boat on a storage lot alongside the highway. It ended up being 26PE687, wears state ID OR886RF, and seems to have had the cabin somewhat crudely hacked off. I didn't notice it at the time, but the photo also revealed a Coast Guard RIB stored on the lot in the background."
