George Schneider (Email to Nauticapedia 07/12/2021) stated "The Centerline tug KESTREL (1243118) had been by our pier before, but always on the outboard side of her barge, so I never got a shot of her, and passing her this morning I got a great view of her. This vessel was built in 2012, apparently for Harley from the beginning, by Halimar Shipyard in Morgan City, a slow but steady producer of a wide variety of steel vessels."
