George Schneider (Email to Nauticapedia 07/12/2021) stated "This vessel is the one of the four new Jensen / Saltchuck tugs that was allocated to AmNav. This vessel casts quite a different appearance from RACHAEL ALLEN, in that her stack is painted to look much larger, extending to the main deck instead of just the top of the deckhouse. That was also what distinguished the ROBERT- and AHBRA FRANCO from the other, earlier Jensens. "
