This tug was built in 2007 by Nichols Brothers Boat Builders Inc. in Freeland, WA.
Notes historiques
Ordered as Delta Billie, but delivered in 2007 with the name Valor. George Schneider (Email to Nauticapedia 07/12/2021) stated "This is still another Jensen boat, and you can see in the photo what a difference it would make in her appearance if the Crowley red on the stack had extended down to the main deck. This one was built in 2007 for Bay-Delta as DELTA BILLIE but has been purchased outright by Crowley. "
Propriétaires et capitaines
In 2007 she was owned by Baydelta Marine.
In 2021-2022 she was owned by USA interests.
