Story

This yacht, power-cruiser was built in 2007 by Mainship Corp. in St. Augustine, FL.

Historical Notes

Chris Price (Email to Nauticapedia 14/08/2020) stated "This is a 34 Mainship Trawler model. I have confirmed that Lenic Rodriguez who was the President of Sea-Chariot Holdings Inc purchased the boat in 2012 not 2007. Legally, the boat was owned by his shell company with Lenic holding 51% shares and a person by the name of Oscar Avina had 48% of the remaining shares. The boat was purchased new by a person not yet identified in 2007 and was named “Seanior Moment”. Sea-Chariot Holdings Inc changed the name to “Sea Senor” in 2012. Then in 2018 the name was changed to “Little Red” by the American owner who purchased it from Sea-Chariot Holding Inc c/o Lenic Rodriguez. There was a falling-out by the two shareholders in 2014. The boat was secretly moved by Lenic from 1000 Beach Marina in Vancouver to a Bowen Island Marina. Lenic trespassed Oscar from using the boat. Oscar filed a court action against Lenic with Lenic filing a counter action. The boat was then placed under arrest not be used by either shareholder until the case was heard and ruled upon by a Justice in the BC Supreme Court. The boat remained at the Bowen Island Marina under arrest.

In 2016 the Justice declined both parties actions and released the boat from arrest to Sea-Chariot Holdings Inc. Shortly thereafter, Lenic moved the boat to Mosquito Creek Marina in North Vancouver and it was sold in May, 2018 to the American owner."
