Kyle Stubbs (Email to Nauticapedia 07/01/2022) stated "Registered in Washington State as KELLY ANNE, state license WN3693ST. Participates in Swinomish Tribe fisheries with state license WN696SWN. Photographed at Anacortes, Washington in 2016; Westport, Washington in 2020."
