Historical Notes
Mike H.W. Wright (British Columbia Nautical History Facebook Group 10/08/2024) stated "My late father owned her sister-ship … the 'Golden Days III' back in the 1980s. Most of these were powered by single diesel, using a Ford Lehman 120hp or Perkins 165hp engine. Some were delivered with twin 80hp Lehman engines but I know Dad's was one of very few with twin 120hp Lehman engines. Being a displacement hull for she dug a very big hole on the water and clipped along at about 12knots at full throttle with her bow in the air making driving her from the lower steering station near impossible."
