Kyle Stubbs (British Columbia Nautical History Facebook Group 19/09/2019) stated that "The Gulf Spirit has returned to the US flag. Seen at Fisherman's Terminal in Seattle this past weekend, now painted up as the Quinby Allie of Scituate, Massachusetts."
