Notes historiques
Some reports indicate thatt his vessel was built as the Kalawata in 1929 but not registered until 1940 as the Manhattan.

In 1949-1967 she was owned by S.M. Simpson Ltd., Kelowna BC Canada.
In 1972 she was owned by Crown Zellerbach Canada Ltd., Vancouver BC Canada.
In 1975-2012 she was owned by Eric S. Nielson, Kelowna BC Canada.
