This launch was built in 1894 by Victoria Boat Works.
John MacFarlane (British Columbia Nautical History Facebook Group 12/08/2018) stated that " If the building date is correct this vessel would give the Gladimaris ON166385 (1896) and the Dorothy ON 158956 (1897) a run for the title of oldest vessel in BC still afloat."
In 1894 she was owned by Candian interests.
In 2018-2020 she was owned by Hugh Baird and Kandy Besse, Pender Harbour BC Canada.
