This fishboat, gillnetter was built in 1950c by Matsumoto Shipyards Ltd. in North Vancouver, BC.
Historische Notizen
Bob Suzuki (British Columbia Nautical History Facebook Group 11/01/2018) states that "Built by Sam Matsumoto shortly after he moved out to the coast after the Second World War for Hisashi (Sus) Oikawa of Sunbury (North Delta) BC Canada." Alan Oikawa (Email to Nauticapedia 28/08/2025) stated "Around 1994 it was sold and about 4-5 years later it was dismantled at Glenrose Cannery".
Eigentümer & Kapitäne
In 1950c she was owned by Hisashi (Sus) Oikawa, Sunbury BC Canada. In c1994-1998 she was owned by Rebound Fishing Ltd., BC Canada.
