Historical Notes
Jody Louise (British Columbia Nautical History Facebook Group 20/12/20210) stated "Vessel renamed in memory of Warren Pearce while it was owned by Fern Pass Holdings."

In 1999 she was owned by MacMillan Bloedel Industries Ltd., Vancouver BC Canada. (In 2001 she appears to have had her register cancelled but re-appears in 2003) In 2003-2004 she was owned by Norske Skog Canada Ltd., Vancouver BC Canada.
In 2011-2013 she was owned by Catalyst Paper Corp., Richmond BC Canada.
In 2016-2020 she was owned by Fern Pass Holdings Ltd., Prince Rupert BC Canada.
In 2021-2022 she was owned by Bates Properties Ltd., West Vancouver BC Canada.
