This patrol vessel was built in 1949 by B.C. Forest Service Maintenance Depot in New Westminster, BC.

This vessel was a 2nd series "blimp" design.

In 1949-1968 she was owned by the British Columbia Forest Service, Victoria BC Canada.
In 1968-1987 she was owned by the Director of Corrections, Victoria BC Canada.
In 1987-2015 she was owned by Jerry & Gay Alkoff.
In 2015-2019 she was owned by Kevan Brown.
In 2020-2024 she was owned by Canadian interests.
