Mike McCammon (British Columbia Nautical History Facebook Group 01/12/2020) states that "Irving Billy thinks that Conrad Plensky had it built as a live cod boat."
In 1979 she was owned by Conrad Plensky.
In 2015 she was owned by the Estate of Jack Billy.
In 2015-2021 she was owned by Gary P. Billy, Victoria BC Canada.
