This patrol vessel was built in 1942 by Greavette Boats Ltd. in Gravenhurst, ON.
In 19/11/1942-1946 she was owned by the Royal Canadian Navy.
In 1958 she was owned by Brian W. Newkirk (mining), Toronto ON Canada.
In 1961 she was owned by Helicopter Sales (Caribbean) Ltd., Nassau Bahamas.
