This yacht, power-cruiser was built in 1991 by Ka Shing Enterprises Co. Ltd. in Kaohsiung, Taiwan.
(Her Canadian Register was closed 2013-01-09 and later re-activated.) In 2025 she was owned by Gary R. Agnew and Debra J. Johnstone, Calgary AB Canada.
