Au Nugget

Neil Gower (Email to Nauticapedia 24/07/2024) states "Gordon Gill tells me the Au.Nugget was built by Northern Arc Shipbuilders although Gordon Gill was the President and one of the owners of that company. Construction was in Hay River, NT not Sherwood Park, Alberta. The Hay River Hub newspaper did a write up on it in the July 27, 1988 edition, quoted at length at page 214. The vessel was referred to as a dredge there but Gordon Gill says it was more of a transporter."
