Story

This yacht, power-cruiser was built in 1958 in Whiterock, BC.

Historical Notes

Note: The place of construction reported in the Canada Register of Shipping seems unlikely, and needs to be confnirmed. Laurie MacBride (Email to Nauticaoedia 28/06/2025) stated "We are currently at the Alert Bay dock, and Passagemaker 1 is beside us - so still afloat in 2025. Story from the wharfinger is that she was used as an Air B&B until recently (and is thus included on the Alert Bay tourism map), but is now not being used and is for sale."
