This tug was built in 1962 by Benson Brothers Shipbuilding Co. (1960) Ltd. in Vancouver, BC.
On January 15, 1962 this vessel was destroyed by fire at Tahsis BC Canada and was salvaged later. On July 25, 1963 this vessel sank near Nanaimo BC Canada.
In 1962-1963 she was owned by Texada Towing Co. Ltd., Vancouver BC Canada.
