Historische Notizen

Jim Lewall (Email to Nauticapedia 15/03/2025) stated "Said vessel was custom built for my Dad in 1973. It was originally built with a pair of GM 6V53 running through v-drives.

He chose the GMs rather than the originally designed English Ford Sabres because he felt that GM, used in many boats and generators along the coast, would be easier to get repairs done. I do remember that my Dad was forced to sell it when his health deteriorated."
