In 2003 she was owned by the Minister of Transportation, Victoria BC Canada.
In 2004 she was owned by The Minister of Transportation & Highways, Victoria BC Canada.
In 2011-2024 she was owned by the BC Transportation Financing Authority, Victoria BC Canada.
