Sources suggest that this vessel was actually built at Vancouver Shipyards Ltd., North Vancouver BC rather than by Philip D. Graham (the original owner) as indicated in the Canada Register of Shipping. Within a few weeks of launching this vessel under the owner set off on a round the world trip, lasting 7 years.
In 2019 this vessel is reported to be based in Long Beach CA USA.
