In 1937 she was built in Germany as a yacht for the German Navy.
She was a war-prize after the Second World War taken by the Royal Navy.
She was transferred to the Royal Canadian Navy as a Canadian Naval Yacht and was based at Halifax NS 1955-1975.
In 1979 she was owned by Norman R. Gowland, Dartmouth NS Canada.
In 1995 she was owned by Les Placements Chevarie Inc., Nouvelle QC Canada.
In 2004-2019 she was owned by 3562999 Canada Inc., Madeleine QC Canada.
In 2023-2024 she was owned by Rene Renault, Saint-Simeon QC Canada.
