In 2004 this vessel was based at Victoria BC Canada.

In 1967-1986 she was owned by the Minister of Transport, for the Canadian Coast Guard, Ottawa ON Canada.
In 1990-2024 she was owned by The Minister of Fisheries & Oceans, Ottawa ON Canada.
