This work boat was built in 1921 by Hoffar-Beeching Shipyards Ltd. in Vancouver, BC.
In 1921-1937 she was owned by The Sannie Transportation Co. Ltd., Vancouver BC Canada.
Sannie was a racehorse upon whom the the owner, John Hilton Brown placed a winning bid in Melbourne Australia.
