Assembled at Waterways AB Canada. This vessel was on the Athabasca and Upper Slave Rivers between McMurray and Fitzgerald.

In 1945 this vessel was abandoned and in 1946 this vessel was reported as having been broken up.

In 1923-1928 she was owned by Athabasca Shipping Company (J.K. Cornwall), Edmonton AB Canada.

In 1928-1947 she was owned by Hudson's Bay Co., London UK.
