Historical Notes
Kyle Stubbs (Email to Nauticapedia 29/11/2022) stated "The fishing boat Gabbianno (CF7109TB) is clearly a rebuilt Navy PE, with 33PE707 still clearly visible at the transom. This vessel was delivered by Uniflite of Bellingham, WA in 1971." George Schneider (Oct 2026) writes: She was originally the Captain's Gig aboard the USS PROTEUS (AS 19). The Navy sold her in 1993. The photo shows her when she was put in the surplus yard for public viewing and auction.

In 2022-2026 she was owned by USA interests.
Rebuilds
Aft Passenger cabin cut off and space converted into fishing work deck.
