George Schneider (Oct 2026) writes: This was the last of four sisters being built for Marine Transportation Services by Queen Craft in Panama City FL. The others were completed by Queen Craft, but they went out of business and this one sat incomplete until finished in 2014 by her owners. With her purchase by Ship Services, it's expected she'll be quickly re-engined to comply with California emissions standards and renamed in line with the rest of the SCSS fleet.
