Notas históricas

George Schneider (Email to Nauticapedia 07/12/2021) stated "The 45 was on the inside of a floating pier, towards the bank, so I climbed through the berries and vines and got good shots of her. Her Army Transportation Corps symbol was still visible on her, but from 50 feet away there was no indication of any Army numbers, so they’d been very carefully ground off. Well, that and a hundred layers of paint helped, too. Her only identity was a state license number, CF8221KS. " In 2026 George writes: Later, with the owner as escort, I was allowed onboard. The only identifying marks we found was a faded bakelite plate in the wheelhouse saying "PF 64". This identified her as a vessel once used as a workboat at the MARAD reserve fleet in Suisun Bay CA, but still didn't link her to her original Army identity.

Propietarios y capitanes

In 1944 she was owned by the United States Army Transportation Corps. Later she was owned by the U. S. Maritime Administration.

In 2002-2016 she was owned by Shawn Brecison, Courtland CA.
