Kyle Stubbs reports (August 2026): "This vessel is no longer registered in the United States; the AIS signal was last recorded on 23 October 2022 at Balboa, Panama. Per a photo posted to the website Shipspotting by member Captain Peter, dated 12 January 2025, a tug matching the Norma H in appearance is now operating as the Sara Anne under Panama flag. AIS for the Sara Anne was last recorded at Cristobal, Panama on 5 February 2026."
