Owners & Masters
In 1992-1995 she was owned by Minister of Transport, Ottawa ON Canada.
In 1995-2001 she was owned by Minister of Fisheries, Ottawa ON Canada. (Canada register closed 2001-04-18).
In 2016 she was owned by Nubs Enterprise Inc, Seattle WA USA.
In 2019-2026 she was owned by Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife, Olympia WA USA.
