Icy Cape, Alaska is a remote headland on the Chukchi Sea side of the North Slope Borough or a coastal site near Icy Bay in the Gulf of Alaska. When the CWC fleet was transferred to the Wards Cove Packing Co., the new fleet already had an Icy Cape, so chose a name-of-convenience.
