This schooner (topsail) was built in 1922 in Frederikssund.
Historical Notes
In 1978-1986 she was operating out of Victoria, British Columbia as a training ship for the Royal Canadian Sea Cadets.
In 1986 she was sold to C.D.A. Sail Pacific, who put Our Svanen on display at Expo '86.
Repower
Powered in 1955 with a 3cyl Alpha diesel engine. Repowered with a 350hp diesel engine by Caterpillar Tractor Co., Peoria IL USA
