This tug was built in 1930 by Canadian Government Shipyards in Sorel, QC.
In 1930-1939 she was owned by H.M. the King for the Minister of Marine and Fisheries, Ottawa ON Canada.
In 1939-1972 she was owned by the Minister of Transport, Ottawa On Canada.
