This schooner was built in 1915 by Smith & Rhuland, Lunenburg NS.
In March 1921 this vessel was wrecked in Trepassey Bay Newfoundland.
In 1915 she was owned by W. Norman Reinhardt (MO) et al., Lunenburg NS Canada.
In 1920 she was owned by Edmund J. Ryan, Trinity Newfoundland.
